This is an on-going project I do with my third grade students at the elementary school where I work. Each student creates a painting on a ceiling tile from the dropped ceiling frame work at school. The tiles are arranged throughout the building on our school ceilings, and make a beautiful and bright display of artwork. This is a creative utilization of otherwise unused space. We now have a permanent child generated art gallery on our ceiling! Please see the link in the Wisconsin State Journal that covers this story.
